Publisher Desc.  In 2006, NASA launched the space probe New Horizons to explore Pluto, its surrounding moons, and the Kuiper Belt. Since reaching the dwarf planet in 2015, New Horizons has brought back stunning data and beautiful photos and, with the mission expecting to last until 2026, should continue to astonish scientists and the general public for years to come.
