Following an impressive band tutti in the key of concert Eb, the music winds down as the melody is passed around from section to section and the arrangement concludes with a couple of surprise chords, finally fading into a whisper. Ample cross-cuing and a rehearsal piano part are provided for smaller bands missing instrumentation.
