Originally conceived as a soloist's version of the Service of Nine Lessons and Carols, these selections can be performed as a holiday concert set or in a Christmas service interspersed with appropriate Scripture readings. Titles include: Angels We Have Heard on High; Away in a Manger; God Rest You Merry, Gentlemen; He is Born; Infant Holy, Infant Lowly; O Come, O Come Emmanuel; Once in Royal David's City; See Amid the Winter's Snow; Silent Night, Holy Night! and Unto Us is Born a Son.
