Be Thou My Vision

Although not a complex arrangement, the strength of the piece is precisely in its simplicity. The keyboard's mostly blocked-chord accompaniment is enhanced by the cello and violin duet, which sets the tone in the extended intro before the choral entrance. From there, it builds until the fourth verse, which is in canon, and then returns to a cello/violin coda that ends the song.
