A powerful yet reverent hymn for communion!  The first verse prepares us to receive, the second verse focuses on the bread, and the third on the wine.  The final verse is the response of the faithful as we go out into the world strengthened by the experience.  This is a wonderful way to celebrate the blessing of being able to share in the Lord's Supper.
