Children's Hymns

Fairest Lord Jesus;  Jesus Loves Me; Jesus Loves the Little Children; Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam; Joshua Fought the Battle of Jericho; Kum Ba Yah; Michael, Row the Boat Ashore; Praise Him, All Ye Little Children; Tell Me the Stories of Jesus and This Little Light of Mine are some of our best-loved children's hymns.  They're all included in this collection of simple arrangements for the elementary to late-elementary pianist.  Generally, the pieces include one note melodies only, shared between the hands, no harmony. Later pieces employ parallel octave melodies using both hands. Rhythms range from very simple quarter notes to later songs that include some dotted quarters and eighths.  Lyrics and optional duet accompaniments are included with each hymn.
