Originally a folk song from Bolivia or Argentina, this work was made famous in the 60's by Simon and Garfunkel with the English title If I Could. The talented arranger from Puerto Rico has captured the true essence of the piece, turning it into a select concert of festival number with or without added instrumental parts (guitar/Andean drum).
