Each of the five works in the collection brings something new and fresh to the flute trio literature. The styles of the individual compositions change while offering a variety of musical moods and utilizing a range of time signatures. The charming melodies are memorable with flowing lines while using rhythms that will be easy to master. All of the works can be programmed into a concert performance where something lighter, even background music, is desired or needed.
