Publisher Desc.  This is perhaps Marquina's best known work.  Composed while on a train journey to Madrid during the early 1920s, it was dedicated to his friend Jose Lopez de la Osa, and premiered by the Band of Engineers of Madrid at the door of the home of his friend.  This arrangement for 12 trumpets, with optional castanets and tambourine, is an exciting addition to the trumpet repertory.
