Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas
Written in a George Shearing style, this Frank DeVol arrangement was recorded by Ella Fitzgerald in 1960 for her "Ella Wishes You a Swinging Christmas" album. The chart is written for AATTB saxophones (doubling on clarinets and bass clarinet), trumpet, trombone, vibraphone, and rhythm section. The arrangement features a simple bluesy riff that is passed around the ensemble until the end when the entire ensemble plays it together. There is a half-chorus baritone sax and trombone soli. This arrangement has been prepared from the original score and is not a transcription. Vocal Key: G
