Publisher Desc.  In commissioning this work, the Kinki University Symphonic Band from Higashi-Osaka, Japan, requested a work "romantic" in nature. The resulting tone poem is a stunning concert work with dramatic orchestral effects in the spirit of Richard Strauss and Franz Liszt.
