Hey, That's Mine! is based on the chord changes to They Can't Take That Away From Me and is a straight-ahead swinger that features every section in the ensemble at a tempo of about 158 bpm. Written solos and chord changes are provided for tenor sax and trumpet, and the shout chorus features two written solo breaks for bass before the full ensemble kicks in to finish out the chart.
