Hymns and Fanfares
These remarkable, practical, extremely versatile collections will enhance congregational singing by adding instrumental parts to the organ and/or piano accompaniment. Fanfare portions may be used either as an introduction to the hymns or as a bridge between stanzas, which support and add vibrancy to the musical fabric of the hymn verse. They may also be used without congregational singing as service music. Of special interest is the possible use of both collections in conjunction with each other, potentially creating a brass sextet if resources allow. Hymns include All Creatures of Our God and King; All Glory, Laud and Honor; All Hail the Power of Jesus' Name; America the Beautiful; Angels from the Realms of Glory; Angels We Have Heard on High; Battle Hymn; Christ the Lord Is Risen Today; The Church's One Foundation; Come, Christians, Join to Sing; Come, Thou Almighty King; Come, Thou Long-Expected Jesus; Come, Ye Thankful People, Come; Crown Him with Many Crowns; For All the Saints; Glorious Things of Thee Are Spoken and many more!
