John Thompson's Easiest Piano Course

The Easiest Piano Course gives students and teachers an especially easy and fun approach to learning to play the piano. This is a comprehensive step-by-step course designed to suit the needs of all children beginning the piano. Throughout the entire method, new concepts are presented clearly and are supported by fun, child-focused tunes that are either composed or arranged by the author, with musicality in mind! Parts One through Four include work sheet pages which encourage the review of new information and concepts. Part One has students reading from the grand staff immediately, one note at a time, in middle C position throughout. Harmony of one or two notes is occasionally added in the second half of the book.
