This fresh, tasteful setting of the traditional spiritual employs a light syncopated feel, with optional claves and conga drums to create an easy African groove. The excellent part writing for three-part voices in any combination features the melody above simple rhythmic choral backup figures before breaking into a delightful call-and-response chorus. This is very nice!  Highly recommended!
