Magnificat
This setting of the Magnificat was conceived by the composer as a prayer for the sick and the poor, and out of hope for those who struggle. This philosophy grows out of the fact that Mary herself was poor and of humble means. This seven-movement work unfolds with that sense of awe and wonder. The forces needed are SSA choir, soprano soloist, strings, piano, and organ. The score is included with the instrumental parts.
