Manx Lullaby
Manx Gaelic, as spoken on the Isle of Man, is similar to the Gaelic spoken in Ireland and Scotland. Many Manx folk songs make reference to birds, as this one does. Oh ho-ro hi ri ri... as sung by the chorus imitates the sound of a dove. Complete with a bird-like obbligato on optional C-instrument, this is a uniquely charming selection for unison voices!
