Minor Melody

This performance piece features an elegant four-note melody (B-A-G-C), with optional second part suitable for soprano or alto recorder. An optional 3rd part takes the soprano recorders over the break and lays beautifully for alto. The teacher kit includes a book and demo-performance CD with license to copy the notation for students in one school, a full score and individual instrument parts, written and recorded solo/echo patterns to make learning to improvise easy, and a bass xylophone party. The CD includes a solo/accompaniment track for echoing, beat keeping, improvising, practicing and solfege activities.
