O God Beyond All Praising

Part of the VOCES8 Singles series, this celebratory piece takes its inspiration from the traditions of the early 20th-century English church. Including a significant part for organ, the choral writing based on the Gustav Holst hymn THAXTED (I Vow to Thee, My Country) forms the basis of the melody around which the organ and voices weave a dignified and sumptuous anthem.
