This accessible arrangement of the hymn tune LYONS works for 2-3 octave handbells or handchimes. With careful attention given to the inner voices and the movement of the melody between upper and lower bells, it is a musically satisfying experience for the whole choir. A strong modulation sets up the final stanza in a new key which culminates in a grand conclusion.
