Reflecting Dreams is scored for 50 brass players: 18 trumpets, 12 horns, 12 trombones and 8 tubas, divided into two choirs. It can be rehearsed relatively quickly with high school or college-age players, or professionals! Premiered by brass players at the Tanglewood Music Center, 1993, further performances have been in numerous US states, the UK and Germany. The recording is from a performance in London.
