T'ing

A new instrument forged from Panyard ingenuity.  

 

What does it sound like?  This dynamic all steel percussion instrument produces a variety of unique resonant metallic sounds that will enhance the batterie of sound sources for any Drummer, Percussionist or Marching Drum Line!  The sound is similar to a Cowbell, Agogo Bell, Africa Bell, Cymbal Dome or Brake Drum, but with its own unique sound.

 

How’s it played?  Mounted on a Drum Kit, Everything Rack, Marching Percussion or Handheld; you strike the T’ing with drumsticks, limitless mallet types, brushes or even strum with a bow (mount included.)  

 

What musical environments can it be played in?  ALL!  Any Band Genre, Percussion Setups, Marching Drum Lines, Orchestra, Concert Band, Steel Pan Bands, Drums Circle, Education etc.  Loud enough for rock bands, yet soft enough for any musical environment.  

 

What musical genres styles can it be played in?  ALL!  Naming a few: Pop, Rock, Metal, Jazz, Latin, Soca, Calypso, Ambient similar styles, Country, Orchestral, Musicals, Drum Corps, Drum Circles, Jams etc.

 

Is it loud enough for a rock band yet soft enough for other musical environments?  YES, you control the volume.  It’s steel!  Strike as hard or soft as you want with drumsticks, limitless mallet types, brushes or even strum with a bow.  

 

Is it durable?  It’s steel!  Nearly indestructible, withstanding the rigors of all drummers.
