A descriptive account of Lawrence of Arabia's role in the Arab revolt during World War I. The music captures the imagery and moods of the desert landscape through three musical scenes: The Hills of Hejaz at Dawn; The Attack on Akab and Auda's Furious Charge, all are enhanced through the use of colorful percussion. A great opportunity for cross-curricular teaching.
