The True Lover's Farewell

"Oh fare you well, I must be gone, and leave you for a while.  But wherever I go, I will return if I go ten thousand miles..."  This traditional English folksong tells the tale of a departing lover who may never return.  The optional tenor part doubles the soprano, and the baritone doubles the alto, so the voices blend easily and produce a very pleasing sound.  It will be a snap for developing choirs to learn, even those with only a few male voices!
