A showcase of Baroque dance styles, from the lively Gigue composed in fugal style, the slow and stately Sarabande, and ending with a Courante, a courtly dance in 3/4 time featuring quick running steps and ornamentation in the music. Scored for two clarinets and bass clarinet.
