Commissioned by Laura Pillman Patterson in 2020, this piece is an exciting use of Looper pedals with fixed media playback. Laura was so kind to test out my Patreon by being a commissioner for the greater part of a year. In that time, I composed miniatures "Vignettes" that functioned as experiments and etudes for a flutist to test the many capabilities of a loop pedal (Record, Overdub, Play, and Stop functions).
