Publisher Desc.  Waltz Grandioso is the first work ever written by the composer (C. W. Johnson) for his school's elite symphony orchestra. Composed in true waltz form, the themes of the two halves complement each other in contrasting keys. Performance opportunities are plentiful, as an extensive instrumentation allows for a complete concert band and a string orchestra to combine, forming an expanded symphony orchestra!
