Watt's It All About-Score

A group of friends explore the history of electricity with the help of Mr. Science, one of their neighbors, after lightning strikes a boys' golf club. A series of humorous flashbacks in the form of short vignettes feature cave dweller, Ben Franklin, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Thomas Edison. Five dynamic songs and a reprise comprise this versatile show, which works flexibly with various cast sizes, appeals to several grade levels, and adapts to many performance situations. This musical integrates music and drama with the science and/or history curriculums. Recommended for grades 3-6. 35 minutes.
