Here is a selection for the capable and aspiring unison voice choir skillfully set to the haunting minor melody from Scarlatti's Sonata, K. 64.  The typical period ornamentation in the accompaniment makes this an ideal piece for introducing Baroque music to the choir.  The text is based on Psalm 105 making it appropriate throughout the church year.
