Yamaha Band Ensembles, Book 3

This incredibly flexible collection provides ideal opportunities for beginning players to put their new skills to work making music! The selections are carefully graduated in difficulty, enabling the teacher to reinforce previous lesson material while keeping students motivated to learn more. Each ensemble is scored in three parts, and can be performed by a wide variety of instrumental combinations. Line A is always the melody part, to be used also for solo playing; Line B is always the preferred harmony part, to be used for duets; Line C is always the bass part, to be used for trios or larger ensembles up to full band. A simple but effective piano accompaniment is provided in the score.
