Norman Luboff wrote the music, based on a Caribbean folksong, and Marilyn and Alan Bergman wrote the words.  "Yellow bird, up high in banana tree... better fly away, in the sky away..."  The song is simply delightful in this colorful arrangement, which includes parts for flute and optional congas, maracas, claves and bass in the octavo.  Very good!
