A Christmas Medley

A Christmas Medley displays his remarkable talent and gift in bringing new life to familiar carols. With nine carols uniquely featuring an unaccompanied piccolo solo to an optional solo by piccolo trumpet, plus a dramatic MGM-type opening and closing, this piece works well whether as a program opener, inspiring the audience with what is to come, or as a closer, bringing a highlight and dramatic ending to a Christmas program. It represents a new setting of his orchestra work, now arranged for the Concert/Wind Band by a most grateful arranger, to have made acquaintance with such a noted composer. Enjoy!
