A Day at the Zoo

Talk about the possibilities!  This substantial, multi-movement work employs colorful musical imagery along with a generous helping of non-traditional effects like key slaps, wind sounds, mouthpiece pops and more.  Percussionists play a major role too, using all sorts of auxiliary instruments.  The movements include: Introduction; Butterflies, Birds And Things That Crawl...; Elephants And Monkeys; The Aquarium and Lions, Tigers And Bears.  Let your players' imaginations run wild!
