A Gaelic Offering

Four Gaelic pieces in traditional style: rowdy, raw, and rambunctious when fast, achingly personal when slow. Movements are entitled Rose Cottage; The Doubtful Wife; Lake Solace and Describe a Circle (a jig). Scored for four C flutes, this is also ideal for flute choir, with an alternate alto flute part, doubling the third flute, and a bass flute on part 4. This music is meant to be enjoyed like country cooking- with gusto!
