A Moment of Jazz

During the performing of this piece for solo clarinet, the musician should take advantage of such basic features of jazz style as: improvisation, sophisticated rhythms based on syncopated figures, and unique techniques of performance of rhythmic texture. This piece strives to create the sound of a big band ensemble sound using only one clarinet.
