A Simple Gloria

Libby Larsen has created a serene setting of a macaronic text by M.K. Dean describing the song the angels sang for the birth of the Christ Child. For a cappella mixed voices with some divisi and extended ranges, it features contrasting vocal textures, sensitive text declamation, and lovely harmonies.
