A Stroll in the Park

This piece for string orchestra is akin to a march for band. It moves along at a steady pace, as if walking, driven by the double bass and cellos. It is accessible to young players with a good command of first position. Students will have the opportunity to work on pizzicato sections and performing a gradual decrescendo.
