For eight players. Instrumentation includes: triangle, xylophone, small cowbell (Player 1); bell tree, vibes, medium tom-tom, cowbell, maracas (Player 2); marimba, high tom-tom (Player 3); 2 marimbas, 2 tom-toms (Player 4); chimes, snare drum, maracas, suspended cymbal, hi-hat (Player 5); 2 high tom-toms (Player 6); low tam-tam, bass drum, suspended cymbal (Player 7); 4 timpani (Player 8).
