Alla Marcia

Beginning with a stately drum roll-off, Alla Marcia seems like an ordinary march. It doesn't take long after the trumpets announce the military style melody to see that the work is only somewhat "like a march" in its sound and texture. Alla Marcia can be programmed wherever you might use a more conventional march, but want something a little "left of center."
