A reimagined setting of this 500-year-old Advent hymn, this a cappella work for double choir and two soloists is a stunning addition to concerts or services during Advent or any time of year. In this version, the melody is reharmonized, rhythms are modified, and the text is adapted for a contemporary audience, but the message remains the same: God has come to dwell with us, and we lift our voices in praise and wonder.
