Bach's Prelude in C (BWV 846) is arranged as a trio to include two flutes
and piano. While the piano part stays true to the original version, the two
flutes are playing a complementary harmony to accompany the beautiful sounds
of JS Bach. The piano part is slightly challenging, but the two flute parts
are easily learned in just a few rehearsals. In addition, this piece is
transposed to the key of F Major for easier accessibility. This is a great
ensemble piece for a student performance and is appropriate as well for
weddings and church services.
