Ballade for Strings

Here's an especially beautiful and lush original that combines the intimacy of chamber music with the strength of a string orchestra. Soaring melodic lines over romantic-style harmonies will bring your strings and your audience to new heights. The work employs four distinct thematic elements. Expressive playing is required throughout. Ballade is written for advancing ensembles, with expanded use of rhythms, ranges and keys, but technical demands are still carefully considered.
