Bells include: Carol of the Bells, I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day, and Ding Dong Merrily on High; Angels include: Hark the Herald Angels Sing, Angels from the Realms of Glory, It Came Upon the Midnight Clear, and Angels We Have Heard on High: Shepherds include: Shepherds Shake Off; Your Drowsy Sleep, While Shepherds Watched Their Flocks, Rise Up Shepherd and Follow, and While By My Sheep; and Kings include: We Three Kings, March of the Kings, and Good King Wenceslas.
