Below the Line

Below the Line is a fun shuffle chart in the style of the great big bands of Buddy Rich or the jump and jive style of Louis Prima. Set at around 190 bpm, this chart features a big sound with solid scoring ad optional parts for expanded instrumentations. There's much contrast with suggested solos included for alto sax 1, trumpet 1 and trombone 1.  The solo opportunities can be expanded for any wind player and chord symbols are provided in addition to the suggested solos. The rhythm section parts are fully notated and there is an optional vibes part. Younger groups will really enjoy this chart!
