Big Bad and Blue

Here's a groovy original work that is a fresh addition to the concert band repertoire and introduces young musicians to the blues scale. Vibes, muted trumpet, alto sax, clarinet, and flute create a cool film noir style opening that gives way to a rock blues groove. An open solo section is written out for trumpet and alto sax.
