Popular holiday standards, an accessible arrangement that will sound polished with a few rehearsals, and a variety of styles make this medley the ideal holiday concert chart! There are brief notated solos for trombone 2 and alto sax 1, with plenty of ensemble playing throughout. Three of these tunes are arranged in a swing style at different tempos, and a ballad is included for added variety. There are options for reduced or expanded instrumentation. This winning medley includes I'll Be Home for Christmas; Santa Claus Is Coming to Town; Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas and Frosty the Snowman. Highly recommended!
