Breath of God

The fourth movement of the work "Trinity," this stand-alone anthem creates a mysterious modal soundscape asking for the Spirit's presence. This mystery then gives way to music of comfort and assurance of the Spirit before returning to the mystery of the Spirit's presence. The complete work (c. 25 min.), a five-movement meditation on God's care for His children through the three persons of the Trinity, is suitable for sacred concert performances and special services of praise such as Trinity Sunday. Optional string quartet/quintet/ensemble parts are available for each movement.
