Toccata on Beecher

The words, 'There's a wideness in God's mercy' are usually sung to the tune 'Beecher'. Stoltzfus's toccata certainly has amplitude and is a colourful and virtuosic work with energetic rhythmic figuration. It requires considerable technical skill, (including double pedalling), and large organ resources. An excellent concert item.
