Cantus

The composition Cantus was written for brass quartet. The title is Latin for "song" and is dedicated to my wife and best friend, Betty. Cantus was inspired by Psalm 40:3. It is my hope that Cantus will provide musicians with a song that they will enjoy learning to play, and provide other music educators with a teaching tool that can be used to motivate and encourage their students.
