Thaxted: A Pastorale, for solo Organ is based on the melody for the hymn, O God beyond all praising.  This consists of a soft introduction and conclusion while the middle section presents the original melody in an ornamented chorale form with interludes.

This transcription of Gabrielli’s Canzon Septimi No. 2 for solo organ uses an urtext style score with the exception of indication of manual changes in order to imitate the different ensembles going back and forth between each other found in the original Sinfoniae Sacrae score. Also, the triple meter sections are written out as triplets to keep a consistent whole note pulse. By using an urtext style format for the organ transcription, this allows the organist to customize ornamentation and adjust the plenum registration depending on the instrument and the room.

Joseph's English translation.  A version of this with instrumental ostinati that layer on top of each other is also available.

Noel Suedois consists of a set of three noel variations on the Swedish
  Advent hymn Bereden Vaeg foer Herran (Prepare the Royal Highway).  This composition calls to mind the noels of
  18th century French composers such as Jean-Francois Dandrieu, Claude
  Balbastre, and Louis-Claude Daquin but with contemporary harmonic
  language.  This composition is also
  liturgically appropriate for the Baptism of the Lord, and the Feast of St.
  John the Baptist.

The spiritual, Go Tell it on the Mountain, functions as the main theme for this lively solo organ composition.  It quotes Forest Green, the tune of O little town of Bethlehem, by weaving it into the primary theme.

Celtic Chorale No.2 employs the Irish melody "Deus Meus, Adiuva Me" (Lord, come to my aid), as its basis. The form of the composition consists of three sections, a meditative Prelude, a Ricercare that grows in intensity, and a Variation of the Prelude to conclude the work.  The registrations dwell on foundation stops and a soft reed throughout Celtic Chorale No. 2, imparting a meditative and etherial quality.
